Is the Juvanex™ 7-Day Program a weight loss program?
No. The Juvanex™ 7-Day Program is an internal cleansing and detoxification program, not a slimming program, but many have reported weight loss while cleansing. People have been known to carry 10–25 pounds of old, dried-up faecal matter in the intestines and this program will help flush excess faecal matter out of the body.
A gentle detoxification is also a healthy way to kick-start any weight loss program. The Juvanex™ 7-Day Program is ideally suited prior to a weight loss program.
How often can I do the Juvanex™ 7-Day Program?
The Juvanex™ 7-Day Program can be taken 2 to 3 times a year, or more frequently during times of digestive stress, such as after antibiotic therapy or overindulgence, or after periods of high stress.
Do I have to follow the Juvanex™ 7-Day Eating Plan included in the Detox Guide booklet?
No, you don’t have to. The Juvanex™ 7-Day Eating Plan is an option for those who want to lose weight while detoxing.
How long will one bottle of Juvanex™ last?
One bottle is a complete course for 7 days.
What to expect while on the program? Any side effects?
You may experience frequent bowel movement or urination, tiredness, headaches, coated tongue. Don’t worry; these are signs that your body is in the process of cleansing. Can I continue taking Juvanex™ for longer than 7 days?
Yes. Juvanex™ can be taken during a longer period for maintaining healthy elimination function. For maintenance, take 1 scoop daily after completion of the 7-Day Program.
I have been constipated since starting the 7-Day Program. What can I do?
This is quite common when a fibre supplement is taken for the first time. If you are not drinking enough water, the fibre swells in the intestine and becomes dry and compacted. Make sure you follow the drink with another large glass of water and drink 8 glasses throughout the day. If constipation still occurs, take smaller dosages more frequently throughout the day; 1 scoop four times daily.
